Beef Noodle
Beef noodles refer to the soup noodles with braised beef as the main ingredient. The origin is unknown. It is believed that stewed beef noodles cooked with broth originated from Lanzhou of China created by the Hui people. Commonly the braised beef noodles of Taiwan originated from Taiwan Kaohsiung. A veteran soldier of Sichuan lived in the Gangshan village of the Shishan district, has made a few improvements to the original Chengdou beef noodles and has become the famous Taiwanese noodles today. Beef noodles today is a very common food for the Chinese people. The beef noodles in different places have their own special characteristics.
