How do you deliver and collect payment?

ANS｜Local goods are all delivered from Hsinchu by cargo. Overseas delivery is handled by post or freight forwarder. 

Payment method is COD (May also transfer payment to the company account. For a large quantity purchase please contact us). 

How long does it take for the product to reach me after placing an order?

ANS｜Normally 1-2 working days within Taiwan. For overseas delivery it may take one week or even up to one month of working days depending on the location. The delivery time depends on the delivery method and geological location specified by the customer.

Our company acts in accordance with the manufacturing process and the actual import schedule. Since OEM product will not be kept in stock, from order to delivery may take up to 15 working days. Please understand.
