Follow these steps:
First: Wash the crayfish, cut off the head, remove the organs and intestines. Cook in boiling water with ginger to remove the fishy odor.

Second: Fry with green onion, ginger, and garlic. (Smells delicious!)

Third: Add Reyhome spicy pepper sauce and fried for another 3-4 minutes.

Fourth: Add the crayfish and pan fry for a moment, then add Taiwanese beer.

Fifth: Add soy sauce (only a dash), salt, and sugar. Cook with the pot covered until the sauce has almost dried up.
